2022 THERMOGRAPHY DATES
Tuesday January 11
Tuesay April 19
Tuesday July 19
Tuesday October 11
Medical Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging is a non-invasive, safe, diagnostic tool that pictures and analyzes changes in the skin's surface temperature without the use of radiation. While X-rays, ultrasound, and mammography show us the structure of the body, they will miss such things as active inflammation and increased blood supply as found in many illnesses. DITI is a unique technology that takes a picture and creates a map of the infrared patterns of the body. It is different from other screening tools because it helps you to see how your body functions.
Cost is very reasonable:
$199 for 30 minute breast or other region of interest.
$319 for 45 minute half body screening.
$419 for 60 minute full body screening.
Thermography is eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA)

NEW CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY PRACTITIONER
Barb Avery of Turtle Lake will be offering Craniosacral Therapy at our office on Tuesdays beginning in early 2022. Barb has 21 years of experience in several therapeutic practices.Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a type of bodywork that relieves compression in the bones of the head, sacrum (a triangular bone in the lower back), and spinal column.
CST is noninvasive. It uses gentle pressure on the head, neck, and back to relieve the stress and pain caused by compression. It can, as a result, help to treat a number of conditions.
A CST session is similar to massage therapy, except you stay fully clothed.
The therapist uses gentle pressure techniques to assess the existence of possible disruptions and/or restrictions in your fascial system. Light touch and fascial release may help your muscles and organs naturally relieve stress, which improves function. Other patients often report feeling a sense of deep relaxation.
Stay tuned for available dates and time in 2022.
