Our Cancellation Policy We kindly ask for notification of 48 hours in advance, if an appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled. For new patients, any cancellation less than 48 hours will result in loss of $100 deposit. For existing patients, any cancellation less than 48 hours will result in a charge of the full price of the appointment.
